Adriatica Chiusure’s high-speed fold-up doors are the ideal solution for connecting neighbouring environments. These are flexible structures that, if installed outdoors, guarantee high resistance to weather and limit the dispersion of heat.
High-speed fold-up doors are the technological development of the old and heavy industrial gates of the past. The doors are designed to meet current logistical needs: speed, reliability and security.
Industrial high-speed doors have a galvanised steel frame (if necessary painted or in stainless steel) and a Class II flame-retardant PVC coating. They consist of two vertical steel uprights and a horizontal crosspiece where the motor is housed. The frame is further reinforced by horizontal tubes, placed at a close distance, which ensure an excellent seal
Adriatica Chiusure also provides its high-speed fold-up doors in a motorised version, with radar and remote control, allowing them to be opened in automatic mode. The motorised opening system allows operators to save time, facilitating transit operations and loading/unloading goods
These structures can also be designed for large rooms (large-opening doors) reaching considerable height and width. The opening and closing system (manual and/or automatic) with vertical sliding allows for fast and repeated transits with pallet trucks and forklifts, with minimum overall dimensions.
At the customer’s discretion, the doors can be equipped with portholes or bands in high visibility transparent material (installed at head height) that allow you to see through the door, favouring the natural lighting of the rooms. In addition, the colour of the PVC can be customised and trademarks and/or company logos added.
The customisation we offer the customer is complete, both in the measures to cover each hole in the wall and in the accessories to make them perform their function according to the purposes established.
All industrial doors designed by Adriatica Chiusure are CE certified and are fabricated according to the UNI 13241-1:2001 standard. Fold-up doors are made in accordance with current regulations and, if positioned on escape routes, can be combined with a counterweight system that guarantees automatic opening in the event of power los.
